UTI Killers

Okay ladies I have a question, me and my man did the dirty deed yesterday and now I'm having symptoms of a UTI. The strange thing is I only seem to get them when I have sex with him, the last guy I was with I had zero problems. Is it me? Could I be allergic to his sperm or what? I pee before and after sex, I'm super clean, I wipe the right way. I've tried everything and it just seems like me and him can't get a break from this. Does anyone else have this issue or have figured out how to fix this? I'm scared we can't have sex without me getting one of these horirible things and it's so annoying. HELP!!!
