Did I orgasm?

So I honestly have no clue on if I've ever had an orgasmn or not. How is it supposed to feel? How do I know if I'm having one? Can someone inform me because my boyfriend always asks me if I do and I just say yes not knowing. I don't want to say no or I don't know and make him feel bad. Also how can I make sure I have one?
