so this guy said he thinks i'm cute and wants to make me his gf and is rly shy and said he wants to try to make an effort to talk to me more and even tho we don't rly know each other he told his friend he likes me 7/10 is that good bc we never talk and he still likes me that much?

does that mean he thinks of me often?
