It really depends on your hormones, sexual activity, and natures course. If you are concerned you may be pregnant take hpt or just wait. It happens from time to time for me. I have two kids and my tubes are tied so its usually stress and nature. Try to relax and if AF doesn't show up in a few days take a test, but again it could just be spotting.
