missed miscarriage?

I found out I was pregnant on Jan. 20, 2017. I went for my first appointment on Feb. 15 and based on LMP should've been 7w2d, but when my midwife did an ultrasound she said from her experience it was about 1-2 weeks smaller than it should've been and therefore couldn't see the heart flutter. She wasn't concerned but had me have more blood work done anyway. Today I was told that my quant. rose but not like they wanted. So I'm scheduled to have another scan done 2 days from now. I'm still sick, still have sore/swollen boobs, fatigue, frequent urination, everything. I'm so scared that I've had a missed miscarriage. Anyone else experienced this?
