My daughter had this before. It was just moisture. We put sudocrem diaper cream on it over night and during the day and kept checking on it and it was gone after 24-48 hours. Put cream on!!

My son had this mildly (super smelly though), but I used the hair dryer on warm held far away so it was like a warm breeze after his bath, then put coconut oil on it once his skin was dry. Cleared up quickly as unrefined coconut oil is antimicrobial. But like I said it was mild. Worth a try for mamas who like natural remedies 😊

Poor babies
 No offense but I am kinda relieved my little one isn't the only one with roll problems. Her little double chin gets formula and sweat caught in there and it gets a little tender. Her arm pit too, but not as much since she can roll over and has more tummy time now. I was putting diaper ointment or sevier dryness baby lotion on it.

My daughter had it under her arm pits.  Her pediatrician said it's a bacteria and to use triple antibiotic on it.  Keep it clean and as dry as you can. Use the triple antibiotic, cleared it up fairly quickly.  Would come and go she out grew it at about a year.

I would just put some diaper rash cream on it, like maximum strength Desitin would do the trick… If that doesn't work within a day, try Lotrimin. Sometimes milk drips back there and gets trapped in their roles, so you have to make sure you clean it every day and let it air dry.
