I have had extremely dry skin around my nose and for head , plus my chin lately. Idk if it could be my makeup but I haven't been wearing it much lately cause of this problem and I was my face frequently and put on moisturizers but nothing helps . Any suggestions ? And they get really red and I've been breaking out like crazy .
