worried

I'm so worried my LO will be 10 mo on The 27th she started daycare on Monday the first day drank minimal expressed milk and the second day refused it all together. Today she threw up while at school and still continues to refuse expressed milk. Once I get home she's fine and completely normal and nurses fine. Today they said she only wet one diaper and since she's been home she wet one barely but has had 2 liquid like bowel movements accompanied by a low grade fever and doesn't want to nurse much. What should I do ? Anyone experiencing anything similar ?
