I think my bf is cheating. Help!

So my bf last night went on an unfollowing spree on Instagram lol and I noticed he unfollowed his ex which was cool. Coincidentally her account became public (she's not over him) I looked at her most recent post and it said that she is in the hospital... yesterday my bf told me he visited his sister's friend in the hospital... am I dumb to be sceptical or is this some crazy coincidence??
