Super nervous! TMI

So I've been spotting for 4 days now. It's light pink and not very much. I've been having what feels like BH and I'm super scared I'm going to lose this baby. Anyone else in this boat and doing okay? Anyone else have this happen and have a good pregnancy? I can't help but freak out because I wasn't like this with my son. I also made an appointment for Thursday since that was the soonest they could get me in, I'll be 6wks tomorrow. TMI how it looks when I wipe
