Symptoms @ 4 weeks

I was wanting to know people symptoms @4 and 5 weeks. I feel like I have early symptoms and wonder if I might be carrying more than one? Just wondering if anyone who had early symptoms ended up with twins?

@4 weeks ( found out 3 days before missed period) - couldn't eat apples- (this was before my positive reading, mild cramping, lots of discharge, mild nausea, I pee more, tender breast and nipples, exhausted, increased appetite, bloated (not conspatied tho) mild heartburn (never have it before)

Week 5- the newest is peeing every 1-2 hours.

I am 5 weeks and 1 day today.
