Teething @ 3 months?!😬

My little one just turned three months last week. She has had her hands in her mouth for the past month but lately has been very restless at night. She usually goes down without any problems and sleeps 6-7hours. Now she's so restless and it takes me a while to get her to sleep. I've noticed she's spitting up more when I go to burp her and is also a little more whinny. Could she be teething already?? The doctor said at her 2 month appt that she was in no way teething. Anything I can do to help? Last night I gave her a little Tylenol which seemed to eventually help..

Our pedi said if it's happening for longer than like 3 days then it can't be blamed on teething. He said teething gets blamed for so many problems but in reality we should be looking at sleep association problems instead. It could be that she's going through a developmental leap/wonder week or might be ready for sleep training.

My daughter found her hands around 2.5-3 months and she's now 4 months. She constantly has her hands in her mouth. She just like to chew on them. She's not teething yet but is just learning and feeling out different parts of herself

My son started teething around 2-ish/3 months and the teeth have been breaking through now that he's 6 mos

She can be teething now at any moment it can start. Sadly theirs not too much we can do except let the process happen. You can try teething rings, put a wet cloth in the freezer let it get cold and let baby chew on it. It's a rough process teething and it can be months before teeth actually show up.

Tylenol of 1.25 ml. Cold teethers in fridge or freezer or cold wet rags. She can definitely be starting to teeth. It sometimes takes a while before th teeth erupt or break through the skin but while they're making their way up, will make her uncomfortable. Also if Tylenol and teethers don't seem to help you can use baby orajel gel on her gums
