How many dpo do you usually test?

I'm 10dpo. I work at a Dr's office and check my temp everyday, for the past 4 days my temp hasn't been under 99. The smell of my bathroom hit me from my bedroom and no one else can smell it. I've had migraines and cramping. Is my mind playing tricks on me? Is it too early to test? When do YOU test?
