Any way to rapid heal?

Got sick and was so over tired I let my daughter nurse latching wrong on just the nipple and now I have a super sore nipple! any way to rapid heal it? I pump at work and it's gonna hurt so bad!

Over your nipples. Just dap breast milk or lanaoil on your nipple place the shield over it and it allows air to circulate and heal them. It usually works within hours to a day for me. I love them!

I used bag balm on my nipples. It did wonders whenever they were cracked, also best stuff for hands too. Heals quickly
