best ways to get fit as a mom
So I have really been thinking lately about this flap I have on my stomach from the baby. So I was wondering what are the best things or ways that y'all get fit or healthy? I've thought about doing shakeology or teatoxes. Working out is limited due to my daughter gets bored easy and hardly takes naps during the day. She is only about 4 months old. Also it's still to chilly here to go walking outside. Any thoughts or recommendations are welcome. Gotta get that summer body ready haha 😂
