when should I test??

My last period came on Feb 12 and lasted about 4 days. They are so irregular they practically control my life 😖 me & my bf did the deed on Feb 27 and for the past 10 days I've been feeling odd. Hot flashes like you wouldn't believe, heartburn, dull backache, always exhausted, regular toilet trips & im getting some sticky white discharge (sorry tmi) I'm hungry but I don't want to eat (if that makes any sense) I don't get period pains, ever, but I've been getting dreadful cramping for the past 2 days (not even a hot water bottle helps) ... I very rarely go more than 2 weeks between finishing one period and starting the next. It's been nearly 4 weeks since my last one started, if I did a test now would I get an accurate result ???
