False positive?

I have irregular periods and haven't had any luck in conceiving over the past year and a half. Today I had an obvious positive but have been cramping horribly all day. I just went to the bathroom again and am bleeding a lot. Like a regular period.  I'm going to be so heartbroken if I'm that rare false positive... Has this happened to any of you?

Took a second test! Now, two false positives are even more impossible, right??

You need to make an Appt with your doctor. They can do an ultrasound to check for miscarriage. Some women bleed a lot and miscarriage and some women bleed and then go on to have a normal pregnancy. Best of luck.

It could be a false positive. This was my false positive, not as dark, but I had 2 like this

Have you taken any tests prior to that one? I don't know for sure but coming from someone who has experienced a MC. Sounds like it could be a possibility
