Dripping white discharge...

So I just got out of the shower and was standing in my house robe and started to feel what felt like my period, but when I felt my vagina it was literally dripping white, milky discharge... I had sex yesterday morning so idk if that had anything to do with it but I showered afterwards. Is this normal??
