Period?

According to glow, I'm 2 days late on my period. I just got the Skyla so I'm not worried that I'm pregnant or anything. This will be my second period after getting it put in and the first period was normal except I spotted for 2 weeks after having it. Anyway I just got this light pink/tan discharge about 3 hours ago as well as cramps that lasted maybe 5 minutes. I've never had this happen at the start of my period so I'm not sure if that's what it could be with me having an IUD. Just needed an opinion on what it could be
