pcos 4yrs. cd 102. spotting??

5am woke up with mild stomach pain like maybe cramps or I was gonna get sick I'm not sure (haven't experienced either in forever), went to the bathroom and had super super light pink spotting. This same thing happened Feb 19/20 but only for those two days and super light. My boobs have been super sore and sensitive for the past two ish weeks. I haven't tested and don't plan to cause I'm sure it'd be bfn but has anyone else experienced symptoms like this? All of it is way abnormal for me, even having pcos, the rare times I do cycle it's a normal flow and I never have sore boobs or cramping/stomach pain of any kind. Any ideas???
