when you're trying to hold it together!

Question

When you're trying to hold it all together and you drop your keys at the market and they slide under a display. And suddenly you can't hold back the tears you've been holding in for weeks. 
   I was laid off 6months ago was able to collect unemployment until recently. My husband works for a company that thrives on the cold weather and lots of snow/rain of which we've barely had any of this winter. Current bills have been let go for the important ones. 
    We make "too much" to qualify for any type of assistance expect WIC thankfully I'm able to get the baby formula and baby food. 
     This is the first time I've had to worry about what exactly is going into my shopping cart and if I'll have enough when I check out. Dropping my keys was the breaking point for me. I just cried in the middle of the bread aisle while trying to not let me baby girl see me cry. 
   I just needed to tell someone bc I'm too embarrassed to tell my husband.

You can tell him! You should. We can only say so much, I'm sure he is stressed but he is your partner in all of it, you're both stressed.
I'm really very sorry about everything you're going through. I hope you start to cheer up :( times get hard but they'll get better.

Cry it out girl. Financial stress is rough but really you should be talking with your husband. You need a game plan. Or mini goals. Something to work towards. And you have to do it together as a team. You can do this! Ive had to worry about what i put in the cart. But we've worked hard. I get to be a stay at home mom and we are finally getting ahead now. If we can do it you can too 😇
