Depression before period...anyone?

Hey there, anyone else get severely depressed starting a week before their period? What do you do to counter it? I don't want to take medication.

I do with the fluctuation of my hormones. Look up PMDD, that's what it sounds like.

I used to get upset because of that too but my depression is caused by changes in hormones I believe. Anyways, my advice is to enjoy your lives until the baby comes. Not having a baby allows me to focus more on work, pursue a masters in piano and take ballet classes. Once We have babies, all that changes and our lives will revolve around the child.

Me! I think it's just depression because I know another month went by and still no baby

I do but I think it's bc of everything I've been told while ttc that I just feel like my AF just proves how much of a faliure I really am
