spitting up

My daughters 9 months at the end of the month. She is still spitting up 2-4x after each bottle. The doctor told us at 6 month appointment it should be ending soon. We have her on formula with added rice starch and it has helped but what else do I do? It doesn't seem to bother her. She even plays in it sometimes if we don't catch it right away, which is an absolute joy. When she starts milk will it end?
