advice from non-moms

Kristen
I know I shouldn't be so petty, but does it ever aggravate you from someone who doesn't have any children to give advice on your child?
For instance, I have a gassy, colicky baby. I don't know why, but we LITERALLY do everything. We have 3 different types of bottles, have switched him from breast milk to 3 different types of formula, give him al the grope water, drops, probiotics, burp between ounces, burp forever after to make sure we got all of them, tummy massages, reflexology, warm baths, bicycle his legs, pull his legs to his chest, colic hold, swing, car rides (if we can put him in his seat) etc!!!!
And for someone to ask me if I've ever tried gas drops? 🤔.
Or asks if we need to go to a specialist?
I guess you would just have to be a mom with a colic child, or just a difficult circumstance to understand how it makes you already feel defeated DAILY!
