please give advice 😕

okay , me and my boyfriend have been having problems lately. Weve been together about a year now & i think he's seriously done with everything .. its hard loving someone so much and knowing you cant do anything about it .. i cant eat anymore , im throwing up because im so hurt .. this is an indescribable pain .. i feel like im lost with out him ..
