Im 6 months pp, haven't gotten my period yet as I'm breastfeeding. I have the cooper iud and sometimes I lightly spot. This morning I found a lot of blood in my underwear. Not really spotting but actual blood and I my pee was a bit red. Now it's almost gone so it can't be my period. Anyone knows what this could be ?
