help :(

I need help :( I have struggled with my weight my whole life & I need to lose a good 20-30 pounds to be where I'm happy. Last year I developed anorexia & over came it when I met my boyfriend, he made me realize that he loves me for me. Fast forward to a year later (now)  I put all the weight back on & I feel so bad about myself once again. I cry every time I look at myself in a bathing suit or summer clothes & spring break is right around the corner as well. Does anyone know how to make yourself appear slimmer or maybe even slim down in a short period of time? Any tricks to eating better or just anyone who had been in my shoes? Pls help me I literally hate myself
