help!!! this can't be normal.

Guys, so I've been hella itchy lately. My vulva is itchy and deep inner thigh, right where my leg meets my crotch I guess lol and it's just been really bad. Like uncontrollable itch. It's definitely not an STD or STI. I don't use scented soaps. I don't douche. It's gotten so bad, Bc I've been scratching it, I got a bump on my vulva. I've been putting hydrocortisone but it's not exactly helping. I'm thinking of just having my mom take me to the doctor :/ any ideas of what this is? Or how I can help it until then?
