long story short

The US is the way it is today because it values corporations and profits more than human lives. This is the conclusion I come to every time I think about our healthcare system and basically everything else. I live a good life here and appreciate everything (anticipating the "leave then if you don't like it" people), but a lot of other people here can't say the same. 😔
