completely freaking out 😭

I can't even gather my thoughts right now. I had a very early miscarriage about a month ago. Levels were back at 0 over 3 weeks ago. I had one instance of bright red blood while wiping 5 days ago, which was about 6 days after I think I ovulated (using opk strips). Then nothing, then brown spotting the last 3 days. Thought Af was coming. Here's what I'm losing my mind over. My father was diagnosed with lymphoma this week. I am a daddy's girl and beside myself. This afternoon I took a test on a whim (so it was 2:30pm, with a 2ish hour hold) and I have a line that showed up within 3 min. It's faint but there. Showed up within the time limit and is pink. I'm absolutely terrified that there's no way, if I am in fact pregnant, that this one will stick with how stressed and upset I am over my father.
