son will not take a bottle from me

So my son is 5 months old and is breastfed and we sometimes supplement. He is supposed to start daycare in a few weeks, but every time I try to offer him a bottle he refuses and just wants my breast. He has had bottles before,  but for the past two weeks he refuses the bottle. I'm worried he won't eat at daycare. Any suggestions?
