tattoo help!!

I would love to get a tattoo like this on my thigh. Instead of crossing fingers, I want to do "I love you" in sign language. For the flowers around it, I was thinking two olive branches curved on the side, 3 pink roses, and baby's breath. What do you think? I'm open to any suggestions!
