Crushes

There's a guy who recently started working at my job. He introduced himself and I did the same and it was like we instantly clicked. Since then he gives me hugs before and after I start my shift, when he passes by me he'll either give me a hug or kind of brushes himself on me. I'm not sure if he's like that with anyone else at least I don't think he is. I keep reminding myself that he's gay but I can't stop thinking about him. What do I do??
