Turned on by period sex?

My boyfriend also likes it. He says it feels better because the consistency is thicker and he likes it on him. That's new to me because my ex didn't like it. After awhile he agreed to period sex but I had to clean it off of him and it had to be towards the end when it wasn't heavy. My boyfriend is the completely opposite. We have sex the first day til the end even when it's heavy and nothing changes. He still eats me out (he just doesn't go "down there"), fingers me, has sex with me. Everything. And we both like it. After he told me he liked it, we had sex and I rubbed it on his stomach to see how he would react and it didn't phase him. It turned me on honestly. Are we just freaks or do other people like it too?
