Rash?

Okay so I was hoping maybe one of u girls was a doctor or nurse and could answer me, but if someone else knows what going on I'm willing to hear from everyone:). Anyways so I have had influenza B since Monday and I also think I am pregnant. Well this morning I woke up and I had a rash on my knees and elbows. It doesn't itch. It's kinda splotchy. If thts make sense. And they are red. I can send pics if need be. Anyways could it be becuz I have the flu or cuz I may be pregnant? Anyone know?
