Husband ruined everything for me

I have a very selfish spouse, and I get so jealous hearing you ladies talk about how much your spouse helps you. I use to want three kids, but think she will be my one and only. He never helps at night, doesn't do anything to help me despite pleading, and crying. Gets super pissed when I try to talk to him about stuff. He's not even working since September! He wanted to go back to school, so his Mom is covering his salary, because "its want he wants more than anything ". If I don't feel like doing dishes, to cook, and then do more dishes than I'd better count on takeout. Sorry ladies, had to vent somewhere. We are starting counseling this week, but I don't know what to think anymore.
