Back to work and don't know how long I'm gonna last

I thought it'd be fine bc she gets to stay home with her daddy while I'm at work. He works nights and I'm only going back part time.

Today was the first day, I was gone from 10-2 and HE ONLY FED HER ONCE 😭😭😭 he put her to sleep when she was probably fussing to eat. She normally eats every 2-3 hours. She was cranky when I got home which he said she probably needed a diaper.. bc he surging change her at all.. before I left, I told him to take out the next bottle when she finished the first one (bc it'll be fine at room temp and then it's ready when she is) and he didn't even get her next milk out! He said he had "so much to do around the house" but our daughter needs to be top priority! Feeding her was the last thing on his mind! 😭😭😭 and I feel so guilty I don't ever want to leave her again.

How can I talk to him about this without putting him down? How can I possibly leave her again tomorrow when I have doubts about her care while I'm gone! I'm glad he has to be at work bc I wouldn't even be able to look at him right now.
