Boobs please???

I am a breastfeeding mum.... to  a six month old baby but my boobs have lost shape . 
It seriously hurts to see my assests sag.
Does anyone here know some tips that will help or recommend/direct me to helpful material like YouTube videos or something like that?

Try chest excercises. Boobs are mainly fat so you can't really work on the boobs themselves but you can work on the muscle underneath and also tighten the skin

You tube videos for what? Body acceptance? My boobs have definitely changed since having a baby and breastfeeding too. I'm a little sad but I think it's all worth it. Your body is amazing for growing that baby and nourishing it for 6 months. When you start feeling negative about it just remember that!

Unless you want to get a boob job there really isn't much you can do about it...it's just part or breastfeeding.
Try a nice bra though, they make some great ones!
