Bbt is driving me crazy
Who else is going insane with charting their bbt?? I only take it the right way since Monday ( at the same time etc ). I m trying not to move too much but I am getting paranoid when I turn around to take the thermometer that it would give me a wrong result.
I am analyzing my temperature every day, comparing it and I can't wait to go to bed to take it tomorrow morning!!
