I don't think it's possible to get a positive test during implantation. Your implanting at that point and your hormones arent enough to be detected yet

Here's the thing about implantation--it happens 6-12 days after fertilization. Your body does not begin to produce HCG until after the embryo has implanted. If you are having bleeding that you think is implantation, you will not be able to get a +HPT until a few days later, and by then the bleeding should have stopped. Implantation bleeding is pink and very light, just a little spotting, and does not last more than a day. Also, only about 20% of women actually experience an implantation bleed, so it's more rare than you think. 
If you are having darker spotting or red blood and your period is due--it's probably your period.
