Need advice

I need some advice everyone. I have a ten month old daughter. I'm with her father and I work for his parents business, as does he. I finished esthetics school in February and I came back to work so I can make money to pay bills and eventually get my esthetics license. His parents allow me to bring our daughter to work. My issue is, he never comes to work!! I'm sick and tired of coming to work and not having help with my daughter because he'd rather stay home and be lazy. I don't want her in daycare for one because it's too expensive and I'd be working to pay for daycare plus she has two well parents to care for her. I do absolutely everything for our daughter as if I was a single mother. By no means am I complaining but if I knew it'd be this way I would've left him before she was born. I don't want to sound selfish about the whole thing but it's making me depressed. I'm to the point where I don't want to do anything. Our relationship is perfectly fine otherwise. I just need to figure out how to get him to help. We also don't have family where we live to help care for our daughter.
