Scheduled c-section!

My due date was yesterday and at my doctor appointment today the ultrasound showed our little girl is measuring close to 10 pounds, sunny side up, slighy elevated heart rate, and I am still not dilating. He says it's risky to wait until 41 weeks to induce because I will most likely end up with an emergency c-section. Nervous.... No negative comments needed. Any tips, positive comments or recommendations for recovery?
