breast and bottle feeding

I'm a first time mom so I'm new to all of this. I'm going to try breastfeeding. I would also like to do bottle feeding and pump for her.

my questions are..

is there a cetain time you introduce the bottle?

does it matter what kind of bottles you use?

how do I even out the time frame of using boob and bottles during a day?

when you are breastfeeding how do you know if there getting enough milk or that they have had enough?

how do you know what side to breastfeed on?

how long do you wait before you feed again?

when do you stop breastfeeding and only use bottle?
