At what point is cheating?

I understand ALL of this is cheating, but which one drives you to say, "Okay. This is definitely cheating." with no doubt? No looking back, no forgiving.

IMO emotional attachment isn't cheating. I have male friends that I'm emotionally attached to, I don't consider that cheating. Deleting messages and calls-how would you know that was happening. I don't consider that heating either. Cheating is having sexual relations or attempting to have sexual relations with someone else while in a relationship, imo

Uh. None? Tbh? I choose physical contact under the assumption it hopefully refers to sexual or romantic contact? Otherwise freaking out on your partner over these things is some crazy controlling shit. 
It's literally not my business if my partner deletes messages (that aren't necessarily even anything to be concerned about (not that I need to snoop through their phone anyway!)). 
Talking intimately doesn't even necessarily mean it's romantic or sexual. I "talk intimately" with my friends? It's not cheating, because it's completely platonic.
As for emotional attachment, I'm going to assume this means a partner who has romantic feelings for another, unless it's acted upon that's still not cheating to me. If my partner came to me and honestly said they had feelings for another person but weren't acting on them, I would have no reason to feel angry at them. I'd be glad they were honest, and tell them we could either work through it and see if we can stay together, or they can be with the other person after we'd broken up and I would not resent them for it.

Being emotionally dedicated to someone like you are towards your romantic partner without their consent to it would be cheating for me. Physical stuff is eh. My partner could probably slap a gal's butt and I'd be like "wait me too pls". I gives kisses to guy and girl buds too, just a habit I've had since being a kid. 
At first a guy friend that my bf and I are both friends with was like "wait did you just kiss me" and I was like ye thanks for the bday gift. So my bf and I have pretty lenient physical standards.
