How do you feel about this? (trigger warning)

After reading Randi's post on rape, I made me think to look up the actual definitions of the words rape and molestation. 
This is what came up.

How do you feel about these definitions? 
Specifically, how do you feel about the parts that are underlined?
I personally don't agree with these things being included in the definition. ANYONE can be raped or molested. Specifying almost takes away from males who are raped.

Statistically, women get raped and sexually assaulted in higher percentages than men. However, that doesn't mean male rape victims aren't real. I think these definitions are dangerous. I can just imagine a male who was raped looking up the definition and feeling like he couldn't submit a police report due to the definition

I hate the stigma around males who are raped... it's a shame some of them wont come forward because theyre ashamed to.,

There are actually  some countries  where rape of a man is not even a law. I believe its been less than 15years where the U.S.  recognizes  it, and the FBI actually changed the definition of rape to include men.

I agree with you. This makes it even harder for male victims. A lot of people already invalidate how men feel in regards to rape, the definition of the word does not need to add to that.

I had this friend who was raped last year, by an older man, and he only told certain people about this incident because he literally said "I'm afraid that people will say things about me because i'm a boy who is gay" A couple days later, he told somebody else he trusted, and they were talking about it with someone else and i heard "If he was raped, shouldn't he like it? I mean he's gay." I honestly felt so heartbroken because the stigma around men and them getting raped. It's saddening that as people we've associated shame with men being raped because it usually happens to women. Its disgusting in general.

But I feel like the first two messages imply that men cant be raped or that their victimization is less important than women and children. That disgusts me.
