SPOTTING AND FREAKING OUT 😫

I'm currently 5 weeks 2 days pregnant with our 🌈 👶🏻 and last night I had some pink spotting and a couple times today I had very light brown but not enough to make it onto my underwear. I go for an ultrasound tomorrow and I can't help but freak out. In my first pregnancy I started to spot around week 7-8 and I miscarried and had to have a D&C at 12 weeks. If you've gone thru this any advise helps.
