PCOS and low sperm count.. help

I have PCOS and my husband has extremely low sperm count. My gyn prescribed 6 rounds of clomid to me, and I'm now on my last round of taking it (obviously no pregnancy so far). I'm sure that the extremely low sperm count is what's preventing a pregnancy. Has anybody else gone through the same situation? Any vitamins or supplements that have worked? We really don't want to venture to the fertility clinic, it's too expensive. Just looking for advice on things that worked for others
