First time ovulation help?

This is my first time ever using OPKs. I've been reading articles that I'm tagged in but I need some help. These are the only 3 that I've done since I had a D&C hysteroscopy for thickened uterine lining. Just based on this (my basal thermometer came in today) would you say I'm getting close to ovulation or are the readings too old based on the time? I took the most recent at 5:32 and right now it's 10:00 pm.
