Daddy never helps!!

My husband never helps with neither out 3 yr old toddler or with our 15 day old son. At all! He's done less than 10 diaper changes in the past 2 weeks. I'm running back and forth caring for both of them my little boy has been eating every 30 minutes to an hour and he isn't up to weight so I'm panicking about that. My little girl wasn't jealous at first but now she's being a little jealous with baby. He expects me to have dinner done for when he's home from work and if it's not he gives me attitude and throws a fit about how he's hungry and he is tired and just wants to eat then sleep. At night he never wakes up not a single time with the baby's crying. And yesterday as a sorry for never helping he bought me a rose. A rose. As an apology that he isn't acting like a father. I wanted to bite his head off. I could use a break!!!! I want 2 hours to myself so I can nap. Or clean the house in peace. I'm gonna go batshit
