Low Passion

My husband is out of town for a week. Through our texts and chats I am often reminded how low his passion and romantic drive is. He's just so… stoic.  Meanwhile I am vocally pining and missing him strongly. Sometimes it feels as though if my emotional depth is that of an ocean, his is more of a lake. While his rock solid, even temprament is both a blessing and a curse… I just wish he would do some passion and desire sometimes. Tell me I'm not alone!
